After graduating with a bachelors degree from the Stephen F. Austin State University School of Social Work, Duan Hanks developed a program for juveniles in the state of the Texas that supported over 400 youth over a twenty-year span. He was a third-round draft choice of the Miami Dolphins and is an active member of the Former National Football League Players Association. As life filled in, the Lord called and he furthered his education completing two masters degrees from Liberty University in Religion and Biblical Studies. He is currently the Minister at Community Incentives Church and a proud father of two. He focuses on youth development in sports, academics and wellness in Texas. Minister Hanks is working on his doctorate at Apex Theology School located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
